The location was the best for getting around, as a tram station was next door to the hotel. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectations.

Grounds were kept exceptionally clean, breakfast was savoury and extensive. The location of the hotel was convenient, the staff were competent people from the cleaners to managers. I enjoyed that it was set next door to a tram station. The double room was romantic with eastern style, super comfy beds and the jacuzzi.

You guys made our stay such great. The venue was fairly clean and reasonably spacious. The staff was welcoming and really good, offered concierge service, wake up service and ironing free of charge.
